Partner Program Terms

By applying to the Myndboosters AI Partner Program, or by using a partner link, coupon code or referral form we have given you, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use them.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” in these terms means that company.

This programme is operated by Myndboosters AI. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Myndboosters AI.

Acceptance is at our discretion, and we will tell you the reason if we decline. To be eligible you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or a company in good standing;
• be able to receive payment lawfully in your country, and not be resident in a jurisdiction we are prohibited from paying;
• have an audience or a network you reached honestly, rather than a purchased list;
• not be a current Myndboosters AI employee or contractor, and not be referring your own company or one you control.

Existing customers may join and refer other organisations. You cannot earn commission on your own account.

You introduce an organisation to us. If that organisation becomes a paying customer and the introduction is properly attributed to you, you earn commission on what they pay us, for as long as the terms below allow.

You are not authorised to sell, price, contract, or make commitments on our behalf. Scoping and the agreement itself are between us and the customer. What you are being paid for is the introduction and the credibility behind it.

The programme has tiers. Which tier you are in determines your commission rate, and tiers are assessed on referred revenue over a rolling period rather than on a one-off deal.

We may change rates and thresholds. A change takes effect for referrals made after we tell you, and never retroactively for commission you have already earned.

A referral is attributed to you when the customer arrives through your partner link, quotes your coupon code, or names you when we ask how they found us. We ask that question of every inbound enquiry, because a link is not the only honest way an introduction happens.

• Where two partners have a claim, the earlier documented introduction wins.
• An organisation already in an active sales conversation with us is not available to be referred.

Interfering with attribution — overwriting another partner's link, injecting your code into a session you did not originate, or using cookie-stuffing, toolbars, extensions or pop-unders — ends your participation and forfeits the commission involved.

Commission is earned when the customer pays us, not when they sign. An unpaid invoice earns nothing, and a refunded or charged-back payment is deducted from the next payout.

Commission is stated exclusive of tax. You are responsible for your own taxes, for invoicing us correctly where your jurisdiction requires it, and for giving us the details we need to pay you. We are not responsible for a payment that fails because the details you gave us were wrong.

Describe what we actually do. Our claims about agent fleets are deliberately specific, and a partner who oversells them creates a customer who will be disappointed by us rather than by you.

• Disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and near the link, wherever the law or the platform requires it — and where neither does, do it anyway.
• Do not promise outcomes, timelines, prices or capabilities we have not published.
• Do not present yourself as Myndboosters AI, as our employee, or as an official reseller, support channel or account.
• Use our name and logo as we supply them, unmodified, to refer to us. That permission is limited to promoting the programme and ends when your participation does.

You may run paid advertising for your own content that mentions us. You may not bid on our name.

• No bidding on “Myndboosters AI”, our product names, our people's names, common misspellings of any of them, or those terms in combination with words like pricing, review, login or alternative.
• Add our brand terms as negative keywords on broad and phrase-match campaigns, so this does not happen by accident.
• No advert may use our name in its display URL or headline in a way that suggests it comes from us.
• No advertising that sends traffic directly to our domain. Send it to your own content, which then links to us.

You may write about us and rank for it. You may not build something a reader could mistake for us.

• Do not register a domain or subdomain containing our name or a close variant of it.
• Do not copy our site's copy, layout or design onto a page of your own, and do not present a page as our official site, pricing page or login.
• Do not create fake reviews, fake comparison pages, or “alternatives to” pages whose only content is a redirect.
• Do not create app-store listings, social accounts or profiles in our name.

Promote us only to people who agreed to hear from you. Unsolicited email, bulk direct messages, and posting into communities that do not permit promotion all reflect on us, and we treat them as grounds for removal.

• Comply with the marketing and anti-spam law that applies to you, and honour every unsubscribe request.
• Follow each platform's own rules on affiliate content and disclosure. A ban there is not a defence here.
• Do not run a group, server or channel that presents itself as an official Myndboosters AI community, and do not offer support in our name.

If we issue you a code, it is yours to share with your own audience. It is not for public coupon aggregators.

• Distribute a code only through channels you control — your list, your site, your community.
• Do not post codes to coupon or deal sites, and do not create a code, a page or an advert implying a discount we have not offered.
• Tell us if a code leaks. We will reissue it. A leaked code that you reported is not held against you; one you knew about and did not report is.

We market ourselves too, and sometimes we will reach the same audience you do. That is not a breach by either of us and it does not create an exclusive territory.

Where our own campaign and your referral both plausibly reached a customer, the attribution rules in Section 6 decide it. Where they do not settle it cleanly, we will tell you how we decided and why.

We can be judged by the company our name keeps. You may not promote us alongside content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exists mainly to deceive.

Content that mentions us should be your own work and should be accurate. If we ask you to correct or remove something, do it promptly; if you think we are wrong, say so and we will look again.

You are an independent contractor. These terms create no employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship, and nothing in them makes either of us able to bind the other.

You decide how, when and to whom you promote us, and you carry your own costs, taxes and insurance.

Either of us may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, by telling the other. You can leave without notice and without penalty.

We may suspend a partner immediately where we believe attribution has been manipulated, where promotion has broken the rules above, or where continuing would expose a customer to harm. Suspension pauses payouts while we look into it; it does not cancel commission that turns out to have been properly earned.

On termination, stop using our name, logo, links and codes, and take down anything presenting you as connected to us. Commission properly earned before termination is still paid on the normal schedule, unless it was earned through conduct these terms prohibit.

If we suspend you, reject a referral, or reverse a commission and you think we got it wrong, email hello@myndboosters.com with “Partner appeal” in the subject line and whatever evidence you have.

A person who was not involved in the original decision will look at it, and we will tell you the outcome and the reasoning. We would rather reverse our own decision than keep a partner's money over a misunderstanding.

If we change these terms we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use a partner link or code after a change means you accept it.

If a change materially reduces what you are paid or what you are permitted to do, we will tell active partners directly rather than rely on you noticing a new date.

These terms are governed by the laws of [TO BE CONFIRMED], and disputes arising out of them will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
