This website is operated by Myndboosters AI. Where this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Myndboosters AI.

This policy describes what happens to personal information when you visit this website. That is all it covers.

It does not describe how information is handled inside a customer's agent fleet. If you become a customer, that is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, and where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence for the data it covers.

That depends on which part of the site you use, and on an answer you give us.

Most of this website asks you for nothing. The only way to send us anything is the email links on these pages.

Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages produce short-term operational logs — typically the requesting IP address, the time, and which page was requested. Those logs are generated and retained by our hosting provider under its own schedule, not by us. They exist so the site can be kept running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you accept analytics. Two services start, and only then. Google Analytics 4 records which pages you view, which site sent you here, an approximate location worked out from a shortened version of your IP address, and your device and browser. Microsoft Clarity records an anonymised replay of the page — scrolling, clicks and mouse movement — with text masked. We also record these interactions:

• which links and calls to action get clicked, and from where on the page

What you type is never sent to Google or to Microsoft. Not your name, not your address, not your employer. The analytics events above carry counts, lengths and labels we wrote ourselves — never a word you wrote. All of it is masked in the session replay as well.

There is one way to send us something: the email links on these pages.

If you email us, we receive whatever you put in the message — your email address, your name if you sign it, and anything else you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

What we do not do with it. What you write to us is not used to train any model. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone beyond the providers named below.

Email is not a secure medium. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through it.

One thing is stored whatever you choose. When you answer the notice we keep a single entry in your browser's local storage, named mb-consent, recording your answer and when you gave it. It is stored whether you accept or decline, it is never sent to a server, and there is no lawful way to remember a refusal without it — the alternative is asking you again on every page.

Analytics cookies, only if you accept. Accepting lets Google Analytics 4 set its _ga cookies and Microsoft Clarity set _clck and _clsk. Before you answer, and if you decline, neither service is loaded at all — so neither sets anything, and your browser makes no request to either company. You can check that in your browser's network inspector.

No advertising cookies, at any point. We run Google Consent Mode with advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation permanently denied. Not unticked and available on request — denied in the page's own code, on every load, including for visitors who accept. This site carries no advertising and is connected to no advertising account.

Changing your mind. Cookie Settings in the footer of every page withdraws your consent and brings the notice back. Google Analytics stops immediately. Clarity is told to stop recording, and honestly: its code is already loaded on the page you are looking at and cannot be unloaded from it, so it is fully gone on your next page rather than that instant. Clearing your browser storage has the same effect as declining.

Beyond the entry described above, this website uses no session storage, no web beacons, no tracking pixels and no device fingerprinting.

Before you accept, this website loads no third-party content at all. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from our own domain, so reading these pages does not disclose your visit to an advertising network or a content delivery service.

If you accept analytics, two companies process data on our instructions:

• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4. Its handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Corporation — Clarity. Its handling is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Neither is contacted until you accept. Neither is used for advertising. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers.

We rely on a hosting provider to serve the site, and on an email provider to send and receive our mail. They process information only to provide those services to us.

The footer links to our profiles on other platforms. Those are ordinary links — nothing loads from them unless you click, and once you do, that company's own privacy policy applies to what happens next.

We use what you send us by email to reply to you, to answer questions about our work, and to keep a record of the conversation.

We use our hosting provider's operational logs to keep the site available and secure.

If you accept analytics, we use what Google and Microsoft collect to see which pages get read, where people stop reading, and which parts of the demonstration get used — and for nothing else. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Our lawful basis. Where UK or EU data protection law applies: analytics runs on your consent, which you give in the banner and can withdraw at any time. Replying to a message you sent us is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to. Keeping the site secure and available is a legitimate interest too.

We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as we have a business reason to keep it, and is then deleted.

What you write is deleted after 12 months. That applies to anything you have sent us through this website. The record that it happened survives longer, so that we can still count how many people used the page, but the text you wrote is erased from it.

Contact details are deleted after 24 months, along with the record of whatever they were attached to.

Both periods are enforced by a job that runs every night, not by anyone remembering. There are only two periods — everything above falls under one of them. If you would like anything you sent us, or your details, removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Server logs are held for a short period by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics keeps event-level data for the retention period set on our property, after which Google deletes it. Aggregated reporting data is kept by Google beyond that period. Microsoft Clarity holds session recordings and aggregated data on its own published schedule. We hold no copy of either, and we do not export them.

We do not maintain a marketing database built from website visits.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share information only with the service providers described above — our hosting provider, our email provider, and, if you accept analytics, Google and Microsoft — and only so they can provide those services to us.

We may disclose information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. If that happens we will tell you, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights.

If you have only read these pages, the only information we hold about you is an email you chose to send us.

How to ask us to delete it. Write to hello@myndboosters.com from the address you gave us, or tell us the address you used and roughly when. That is enough to find your message and your details and remove both. We do not need an account, a form or a fee, and we will confirm when it is done.

We will confirm receipt and respond as promptly as we can. If you would like an authorised agent to act for you, say so in the same message.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws. We have not done so in the past twelve months.

The advertising signals that would make such sharing possible are denied in this website's code on every page load, for every visitor, including those who accept analytics.

If you would nonetheless like to stop the analytics we do run, use Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. If you would like written confirmation of the above for your records, email hello@myndboosters.com and we will send it.

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS.

Anything you have sent us through this website, and the contact details sent with it, are held in a database on our own server, on an encrypted disk, reachable only from that machine and not exposed to the internet. Access is limited to the people who need it. Backups are encrypted and are subject to the same retention periods as the data in them.

If you accept analytics, that data lives in Google's and Microsoft's systems under their security controls, and we keep no copy of it. If you decline, there is nothing anywhere.

Email we receive is protected by our email provider's security controls and by our own access controls. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and email least of all — which is why we ask you not to send sensitive information that way.

How we handle data inside a customer's agent fleet — access, isolation, retention, and which third parties are involved — is described in our Trust Center. That page states plainly which certifications we do and do not hold.

Our operations and our email are based in [TO BE CONFIRMED]. If you contact us from another country, your message will be received and stored there, and the privacy laws that apply may differ from those where you live.

Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 describe exactly what that means, including the one cookie it sets and the fact that we email ourselves a conversation you leave without giving us your details.

A third significant change was made on this date. The chat panel can now offer you a spoken call with the same colleague. Taking one sends the sound of what you say to us and to our AI model provider while the call is open, so that it can answer you. We do not record it: the audio is passed on and discarded, and only the written transcript is kept, on the same twelve and twenty-four months as everything else here. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 describe exactly what that means.

The features described in the three entries above have since been withdrawn. The page that took a written brief, the chat panel and the spoken call it could offer are no longer reachable on this website, and nothing on it now sends what you type to an AI model provider. The entries above are left in place because they describe what was true while those features were available. Anything collected through them is still governed by the retention periods stated above.
